Our Story
Sterling Design Build started in a garage with one simple idea: people deserve honest contractors who actually finish what they promise. The first three years were slow. We turned down work that didn't feel right. We redid things on our own dime when they weren't perfect. Gradually, word spread. Clients referred their neighbors. After 16 years, we've completed 247 kitchen projects across the region. Same values, bigger team, still the same commitment to doing things properly.

Started Sterling in his garage 16 years ago. Radu oversees every project personally and knows most of our clients by their first names. Former carpenter who got tired of working for companies that cut corners.

She listens better than anyone on staff. Miruna spends time understanding how you actually use your kitchen, then designs spaces that work. Studied interior architecture but prefers real kitchens to renderings.
